Mr Duba is a seasoned professional and academic from the Cedarville community in Matatiele, Eastern Cape. With a deep-rooted passion for Business, Leadership, and Community Development, he has made significant strides in both the business world and education.
An alumnus of the University of Johannesburg, Mr Duba holds a National Diploma in Transport Management, an Advanced Diploma in Transport Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management, and an MBA from the Johannesburg Business School. His academic journey has equipped him with a robust understanding of the intricacies of Transport, Logistics, and Business Strategy.
Mr Duba has imparted his knowledge as a lecturer at Rosebank College, where he specialized in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management. He also served as the Head Lecturer for the Transport and Logistics module at IMM Graduate School. Currently, he lectures Business Strategy at AFDA and Transport 3B at the University of Johannesburg, where he continues to inspire and educate the next generation of business leaders.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Mr Duba is an entrepreneur. He founded Mind Newtrition, an organization dedicated to improving literacy levels, enhancing public speaking skills, and promoting business development. He also the founder of Just-In-Time Logistics, a logistics company specialising in goods and passenger transport.
