Chairperson of the W&RSETA Board and Executive Committee, Mr Sibiya represent the Fuel Retail Sector in all Industry related issues such as regulatory framework development and the implementation thereof. His role involves providing strategic leadership in the Motor Industry Bargaining Council, on issues such as supply and logistic challenges, media representation, environmental and legislative processes that affect fuel retailers using various consulting and professional bodies.
He is responsible for developing and implementing institutional and financial reviews for the Association. His engagements include strategical Government Stakeholder Relations with key role players such as the DOE, DOL, DTI et.al. Mr Sibiya serves in various Boards such as Board Member: Motor Industry Bargaining Council, Motor Health Care, •Motor Industry Fund Administrators –trustee/director; • Motor Industry Retirement Funds.
