Under the guidance of their supervisors, She has refined their research to investigate customer resistance behaviour towards these innovative technologies despite their undeniable relevance and benefits. As the world becomes increasingly digital, She believes that their research will not only be instrumental in shaping the future of the retail sector in emerging markets like South Africa but will also contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for consumers.
